Battery Packs

UPSI builds and inventories down hole battery packs for numerous standard tool configurations. Many of UPSI's customers have packs that are modified standard battery packs or 100% custom packs, in either case UPSI will work with the customer to ensure that their design requirements are met.

All the packs we manufacture have the option of having the SMART™ technology imbedded. We will build the packs to suit our customers needs, currently 95% of the packs manufactured by UPSI incorporate the SMART™ technology. This is evidence of how once people are accustomed to the data provided they find it indispensable.

SMART™ battery technology not only tells you how much energy is remaining in your battery pack, it tells you in detail what happened during the use of the battery pack. This in turn gives you the user accurate information on how your tools are being used and provides valuable information in the case where there are events that have to be investigated.
